Immunization Clinic
- Target Audience: Infants, children, and adults.
- Eligibility or Criteria: Infants, children, and adults.
- No appointment necessary.
- No child will be turned away for inability to pay.
- Vaccines for Children (VFC) immunizations are $10 each.
- Illinois Public Aid is accepted.
- Medicare Part B is accepted for adult flu and pneumonia.
- All other vaccines for adults are cost plus $10.

Description
Madison County Health Department’s Immunization Clinic is open four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) and clients are seen on a walk-in basis. Parents must bring shot records with them for their children. All scheduled childhood immunizations are available. Adult immunizations include tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, varicella, meningitis, measles, mumps, rubella, polio, flu, and pneumonia.
The Personal Health Services Department does schedule offsite clinics (we come to you) for large groups of people.
Madison County Health Department began giving immunizations in 1996.
Benefits
Clinic hours are four days per week on a walk-in basis. On Mondays our clinics run until 5:30 pm. All recommended childhood immunizations are readily available.
